Web Maintenance
Do you need website maintenance and support but haven't got the time to manage it yourself. We can maintain your website on a monthly or weekly basis with small updates, blog posts or social media posts, so we do the work for you, allowing you to continue with your work.
How it works
On a weekly or monthly basis, each website update would need to be emailed to us with the content you need. We would then update the site in the time frame agreed. The type of updates include image alterations, content updates, blog post additions, news updates, product additions, web development changes, which could be functionality added to the website or styling changes.
access to your website
If you're concerned about security when we access your website, we can sign an agreement for security reasons or sign a non disclosure for sensitive scenarios. Control panel information would need to be provided so we have access to all areas of the website unless the changes you need are purely through an admin login area.
Website maintenance cost
Charges are based per hour, but a minimum charge of £10 will apply for any single update under the hourly time. We accept cheque, PayPal or bank transfer.
signing up
Signing up is simple, complete our contact form and select web maintenance. Please provide as much information as possible and we will send you an agreement to sign. This protects both parties. There is no set duration to the agreement but we would hope this works well for you, otherwise we would ask for a 30 day notice period.
